Welcome to an unscheduled mid-month update. We are kicking off 2026 with some structural changes to ensure Moggy Daycare remains sustainable and reliable for all of you. Transparency is key to our relationship, so I want to walk you through how my availability will look moving forward.
Updates to Scheduling & Availability
To ensure the long-term stability of the business, I have taken on a secondary role alongside my cat-sitting duties. My new shifts will generally run from 10am to 4pm.
What this means for you:
- Availability: During term time, my visiting hours will be more condensed. I won’t be able to fit in as massive a volume of visits (e.g., 8 visits per morning/evening) as I did previously.
- Booking Ahead: Booking in advance is now essential to secure your spot.
- Existing Bookings: Please don’t worry—if you are already booked in, your dates are safe!
Because my schedule may fluctuate, I strongly suggest having a “Plan B” cat sitter registered, just in case our diaries don’t align for a specific date.
Worcester Branch: Pausing New Registrations
To ensure I can provide the best care for my current clients while managing some personal health matters in the family, I am temporarily closing the Worcester branch to NEW client registrations.
- Existing Clients: If you are already registered with me, business continues as usual! You are welcome to book, subject to the new availability mentioned above.
- New Enquiries: If you are not currently registered, I won’t be able to take you on for the next few months. I highly recommend checking out Kirsty’s Muddy Paws or Cat in a Flat in the meantime.
I will keep the blog updated regarding when I can reopen the books to new furry friends!
IMPORTANT NOTE: These changes apply to the Worcester branch only. Moggy Daycare Droitwich remains unaffected.
