Hello kitty clients welcome to another Mewsletter update! December is literally a week away as of the date of publishing, I expect some of you may be wondering what I am doing over the festive period in regards to cat visits. Well wonder no more as I will be explaining all in this very post!
Christmas bookings & availability
Normally I would end the blog with my availability but with December being such an important month I figured I’d start off this months post with what I can/can’t do across Christmas.
Christmas Day, Boxing Day & New Years Eve
With regards to visits for Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Years Eve I will ONLY be doing morning visits, this is so I can visit my own family across the festive period. I have operated this way for years now so many of you will be used to this setup. But if you are new then please be aware that booking me over these dates will require you to make either alternative arrangements for the evenings or purchasing a timed feeder (Catmate do a great selection of affordable and easy to setup feeders). All of these days will also be charged at x2 the 2024 standard rate which will be £24 per visit.

This is of course a rough guide and is only correct as of the time of publishing, so the best way to know if I am available for bookings (if you are a current client) is to contact me directly via WhatsApp/Text! I will of course also update our Facebook & Instagram with any availability should any cancellations happen.
Droitwich visits are still operating on a case-by-case basis so I am unable to post up availability. Just contact us!
2025 Pricing
I made a post about having to increase prices for 2025 a couple of posts ago now but I want to remind everyone again before I update the pricing page later this month.
You can find the 2025 prices via the Pricing and Services update blog post. Anyone who has already booked next year prior to the pricing and services blog going live will not be charged 2025 rates for those bookings, the current rate will be honoured as a way of saying thank you for using us. If you have any questions regarding the new pricing structure please don’t hesitate to contact us via social media, WhatsApp or email us directly via moggydaycare(at)gmail.com.

To finish I would just like to say on behalf of myself and Tim (our Droitwich sitter), thank you so much for another fantastic year! It is still mind blowing that I am able to continue doing Cat Sitting as a viable fulltime job, I literally wouldn’t be able to do this without the insanely loyal client base that I have here in Worcester, you’re all fantastic people and I’ve made a few friends along the way too! I will continue doing this until it is not financially viable to do so, and even then I would rather work part-time again to support this important work than stop it altogether.
